OUR PRACTICE
Silvicon Partners, LLC is a shared venture among three experienced and accomplished leaders who see not only great challenges ahead - but also great opportunities for positive transformation in this time of growing instability and fear. We work with individuals, corporations, governments, and organizations world-wide to recruit, transform and mobilize Resilience Leaders to:

Organize networks to increase awareness of the value of Resilience, Ecosystem and Ethical thinking;
Lead social and political change projects that support Ethical policy and action;
Initiate action-learning, dialogue, and leadership programs to increase Resilience practice.

RESILIENCE DIALOGUES
The Framework for the Resilience/Ethical Dialogues: These dialogues will address the four reservoirs of resilience, both in sequence and all together.

EVOLUTION OF MIND: individually and collectively
We must learn to think in terms of webs of resilience and of global consciousness if we are to survive and prosper. The role of the individual is paramount. The resilient individual sees hope where others see threat and takes personal responsibility to contribute to our collective, global webs of resilience.

Based on our protocol, principles and practice for the Resilience Dialogues we do anticipate multiple applications and concrete projects - some driven by Silvicon Partners, LLC and others driven by Resilience Dialogue participants.

PARTICIPANTS
Ten to 100 international leader/experts per topic, who are drawn to the challenges of Resilience, plus the three Silvicon Partners.

At relevant locations, such as Manaus, Brazil on the Amazon; Stockholm, Sweden; Shanghai, China; Mumbai, India; New Orleans, LA USA; Canberra, Australia, to name a few.
